Fill out an application form and return to the office asap. The information contained in the application is used for referencing purposes. If a guarantor is required they will be referenced on the same basis. If you are self-employed we require an accountants reference and bank statements. If the tenancy is going to be in a company name, please speak to the Manager.
Upon signing your tenancy agreement (assured shorthold) you will need to pay one months rent in advance and a bond.
The rent is payable by standing order unless otherwise agreed in advance.
You will be liable for council tax, water rates, electricity, gas, tv license, telephone and other services to the property unless otherwise agreed.
Agency fee is 1 weeks rent plus VAT.

To secure a rental property, we ask you for a holding deposit in the form of a personal cheque or cash. This deposit is not refundable if you decide not to proceed.
Your holding deposit will only be returned in full if the Landlord is unable to proceed with the letting.
Once the credit checks & references have been completed to the landlords satisfaction & an agreed start date to the tenancy has been reached.What references do I need?
We will ask you to complete an application form giving the following information: current employer, personal current/previous landlord and guarantor, if applicable. We will also carry out a credit search, using an independent referencing company.
If you are self-employed we will ask you for a reference from your accountant and your bank, usually providing 3 year's accounts.
We ask companies seeking properties for their staff to provide references from their bank, chartered accountant and solicitor.
We have landlords who are willing to let their properties to companies who may be looking for properties to accommodate their staff.
Because it can be difficult for tenants to arrange contents insurance Andrews has a block policy. This protects your own personal possessions as well as your liabilities in respect of the landlord's contents, fixtures and fittings. This insurance is mandatory and carries an additional charge.
Monthly rent does not include the cost of gas, electricity, telephone, council tax, water and sewerage rates, unless otherwise stated.
